The pre-Christmas mad shopping bonanza seems to me to be more frantic than usual, I suppose because this year it is somewhat more complicated, to put it mildly.
Let me tell you where we are at – all orders received by noon tomorrow (Monday, 21st) will go out first class tracked by Royal Mail. Royal Mail say that their last guaranteed first class positing is Tuesday, 22nd but it is reported that there is a backlog so I am a little nervous about Tuesday. Having said that, we are open Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and will dispatch immediately all orders we receive and we are also open between Christmas and New Year.
Alternatively, if your order is valued at £40 or over, we can send it by FedEx who really do deliver next day but someone does need to be at home to receive it. If this is a good option for you, just put a note on your order form to say you would like it to go via FedEx.
I am not sure what the weather has been like around the country, but it has been terrible here, constant rain and wind. Trencrom Hill is totally waterlogged and extremely muddy so this morning I took the dogs on the beach instead. It was raining and misty but strangely beautiful and as you can see, Lupin was being a bit of a poser!

I am keeping the free Wonky Pie with every order into the New Year and I do try to add a flavour you might not have tried.
So, all that remains is for me to say, from both Deets and I, that we hope you all have a good Christmas break, not an easy one for many of us, I know, but hopefully, the best it can be.
