Returns & Refund Policy
In the event of your order being damaged on arrival, we will pay the postage for the goods to be returned for a full refund.
If the goods are lost in transit, you will be offered either a replacement order or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Due to health and safety restrictions we cannot re-stock returned food items, they must be disposed of. However if you wish to return your ordered goods for any reason in the same condition they arrived in you can do so within 14 days of your order date for a full refund.
As a reminder, please note that our products are best kept in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge. In summer the pies will degrade faster than usual if not refrigerated.
